Daniel came into the WIOA program pursuing his CDL Class A driver’s license. He faced many barriers, including a criminal record. His current employer relayed to him that if he received his Class A License, he was guaranteed a position with higher pay. He enrolled and successfully completed his training. He continues to work for his current employer. He now has more opportunity to grow with the company and is on his way to become self-sufficient in a career he enjoys.
