Audit Request for Proposal (RFP)
In compliance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, the Shenandoah Valley Workforce Development Board, Inc. (SVWDB), is soliciting proposals from qualified sources to provide professional services of a Certified Public Accounting firm to conduct a financial and compliance audit of WIOA as administered by the SVWDB.

The documents attached to this letter constitute the official SVWDB Request for Proposal, with a description of the proposal format to be followed. Proposals are acceptable only in the format as prescribed in the proposal; completed proposals are due to the SVWDB no later than June 2, 2022; 4:00 pm. Proposals are to be submitted in three (3) paper copies, one with original signatures, to the below mailing address:
