Guests wishing to attend this meeting must send an email to Joan Hollen at jhollen@vcwvalley.com by close of business Tuesday, September 22, 2020 and provide the email or phone number you will use to access the meeting. This will help us identify guests entering the meeting.
Members of the public wishing to make a public comment at the meeting should submit a request to Joan Hollen at jhollen@vcwvalley.com by close of business Tuesday, September 22 and provide the email or phone number you will use to access Zoom so that you can be recognized to speak at the appropriate time. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
The SVWDB Finance Committee will move to Closed Session following Closed Meeting Procedures in accordance with § 2.2-3712 Code of Virginia, which is called for the purpose of “Discussion of the award of a public contract involving the expenditure of public funds, including interviews of bidders or offerors, and discussion of the terms or scope of such contract, where discussion in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body.” in accordance with § 2.2-3711 (A) (29) Code of Virginia.
