This workshop introduces you to both the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and to all of the services and programs offered at the Virginia Career Works -Winchester Center and through the grant which allows us to assist with tuition and employment services for qualified individuals pursuing or hoping to pursue an approved training/career.
