Chuck Vailes, owner of Vailes Home Improvement Services in Fishersville, VA recently joined SVWDB’s Debby Hopkins and Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) instructor Steve Sweeney for a session with a WWRC Pre-apprenticeship class. Chuck shared the compelling story of his journey to owning his own business with the students. Vailes Home Improvement Services has adult and youth apprenticeship programs in HVAC, and have discussed apprenticeship and employment with several students in WWRC’s Manufacturing Technology Training and Building Trades programs.
